Our Story
Dave and Sandy Todd purchased The Sports Lure in 1968 in downtown Buffalo, Wyoming.
At the time, the store only sold fishing tackle, ammunition, and Converse All-Star Athletic Shoes. 55 years later, the store is a sporting goods and outdoor headquarters. The store is still owned and operated by 3 generations of the Todd family.
Our emphasis has always been to put customer service, quality merchandise, and community spirit ahead of all else in our business. It has been a great pleasure to serve our community for so many years and look forward to many more to come!
